You describe using a few topics on how your business currently stands. This may help to if such problems in your business are too big or your company in the future optimization. So you analyze your company on as much points as possible in order to see where points are good, and where they could be better in the future.

Can I use an internal analysis myself or another person must do it?
You can use a single analysis of your business yourself, but you already see a certain look to your own business. It is therefore advisable that another independent person with knowledge of marketing looks at your company. Thus, an uninfluenced opinion will be formed about the company.

What is the purpose of internal analysis?
The purpose of internal analysis is to see how the company or product are represented at the moment. You might want more environmentally friendly company, therefore you will first analyze what you are currently running in your business that is environmentally friendly. So you can see where this item can be improved and where this point is in good shape. With an internal analysis you analyze your company or product flaws or good points to this very good initiative, or at any rate, a solution to look. An internal analysis is part of a marketing plan. A marketing plan does not exist without internal analysis. The internal and external analysis are the foundation of your marketing plan and therefore very important, because more information here will come from them.

Classification of internal analysis in marketing
You can choose to start the internal analysis, you first tell something about your company and then continue to look to external factors. Also, the internal and external analysis are often confused. It’s always good to start with the internal or external analysis before moving on to creating your marketing plan.

Eustress is the type of pressure placed on an individual that motivates in a positive way. This inspirational stress is usually short lived, but it stimulates us to be productive; however, the chronic overabundance of these pressures and conditions can result into a negative stress which has adverse effects on an individual as well as the company.
Long hours, heavy workload, job insecurity, and conflicts with co-workers or bosses can great many negative stress results. Long work hours away from family and love ones deprives the individual from the eustress that family may have to counterbalance the negative. This imbalance between home and work responsibilities may lead to depression and anxiety symptoms.
Depression symptoms may be visible as fatigue, sleeping difficulties, cognitive thought or problem solving difficulties, illness, aggression and headaches. These symptoms are also associated with the anxiety as the individual becomes unable to cope with the overwhelming demands of work and home. Chronic distresses tend to have consequences to the individual’s health and work productivity. Depression and anxiety symptoms have been noted to affect relationships both personal and work related. The problem of communication among family members may deteriorate as the symptoms increase. From the work related prospective, the individual suffering from depression and anxiety symptoms, performs in a poor manner which effects cost production methods. In addition, the symptoms even can result in safety issues that can have consequences of lawsuits for the company.

The first objective any woman in business needs to learn is to be confident. In order to be confident a woman needs to communicate confidently. If the woman is not confident, co-workers will see this in her posture, verbal communication and facial expressions. The woman’s movements, including head nodding and hand gesturing, although a seemingly irrelevant maneuver, may be viewed as submissive to men colleagues.

Women also need to get over the stereotype that men are better than women, or that men can do more than women. In fact in many situations women can use their femininity to outwit and outsmart men. Women have to be able to think as men but still be able to add their own experiences and knowledge to the table to be successful. It is shown that women with husbands and children are better communicators, financial advisers, and planners.

Woman today are much more educated than they were even a decade ago and need to use this education to their advantage. Although it is true that men on average are paid more than men, women can use their confidence and knowledge of the field to negotiate better pay and better benefits.

If a woman in business uses her knowledge of cash flow and business planning and can perform various analysis including a break-even analysis, men and women in the field are going to take her seriously. This knowledge combined with her ability to make decisions and goals will increase the changes of a woman being successful in the business world.

Work-related stress & management issue

Stress in the workplace affects the productivity and general happiness of the employees. Work related stress is a management issue as it is managements job to ensure that everyone is doing their job to the best of their ability. Management within a company must care about the employees and attempt to have fun exercises such as contests for the best performing employees. This will entice employees within a company to try to work hard while still having a good time.

(news release archive - China, 12 May 2011)

An Australian delegation will visit Taipei, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hangzhou and Jakarta where Asia continues to be one of Australia’€™s most important and fastest growing markets for business events. (China, 12 May 2011) Twenty-two business event industry representatives from Australia will visit six cities across Asia on a two week mission (12 May to 25 May) to showcase Australia’€™s capabilities and facilities in hosting world-class business events and as a preferred conference and incentive destination. Tourism Australia’€™s international business events marketing arm, Business Events Australia, will lead the Australia delegation, presenting to 400 key corporate buyers and business events agents and encouraging them to choose Australia for their next business event. Participating Australian delegates include convention bureaux, state tourism organisations, hotels, convention centres and attractions. €œThis road show enables the Australian industry to meet with the Asian business events agents and corporate buyers, giving them the opportunity to present the destination, products and experiences they represent and also allows them to establish direct relationships and business opportunities, said Ms Penny Lion, Head of Business Events Australia. Corporate buyers will have the opportunity to experience a taste of Australia, as the delegation will present their expertise and creativity through a gala event in each city. Ms Lion reinforced that Asia is one of Australia’s most important and fastest growing markets for business events and that growth is expected to continue across the region, including from China, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Around 8,000 delegates from Amway China visited Australia in early 2011 and Australia is looking forward to hosting another 4,400 delegates from Amway India in Melbourne in 2012. Melbourne also recently played host to 500 delegates from Asia-Pacific who attended the Intel Solutions Summit 2011, 300 delegates from Indonesia Stock Exchange, and 500 delegates from Prudential Malaysia. Gold Coast was also host to 60 delegates from Canon and Perth was the destination choice for 65 delegates from United Engineers from Singapore last year. In addition, two leading Taiwanese insurance companies have also confirmed groups of 500 delegates and 700 delegates for Australia later this year. €œThis is a great opportunity for our Australian industry to interact directly with their customers and better understand the culturally diverse Asian region, so they can provide customised solutions to meet the different market needs and establish strong partnerships for their businesses,€ said Mr Johnny Nee, Regional General Manager, North Asia. €œOur 22 participating business events industry delegates will be presenting 66 itineraries tailored for three different group sizes of 100, 300 to 500, and above 800 delegates to provide our corporate customers and agents a wide range of itineraries to work with – and also a glimpse of what they can experience at their business events in Australia,” added Mr Nee. Asia is a strategic growth area for the Australian 2020 Tourism Industry Potential. The Australian tourism industry aims to double overnight visitor expenditure to as much as $140 billion by 2020. Business events visitors to Australia will make an important contribution to this objective, as the Australian business events sector is already worth nearly $8 billion in overnight visitor expenditure. For the year ending December 2010, Australia had a 56% increase in business event arrivals from India, 45% from Singapore, and 26% from China. Indonesia now attracts around 3,600 business event visitors and Malaysia 3,300 and Taiwan 5,300 which represent potential for further growth in 2011 and 2012.

Business Events Australia (BEA) is a specialist unit within Tourism Australia responsible for promoting Australia through the development of global trade marketing initiatives as a sustainable destination for corporate meetings, incentives, association conferences or conventions and exhibitions. Business Events Australia undertakes a broad range of activities designed to introduce international buyers to Australian sellers in a business environment. Business Events Australia’s head office is located in Sydney with specialist teams located in key markets including China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, UK and the US. For further information contact: Kim Moore, Tourism Australia, on 02 9361 1306 or 0419 165 562

A freelance web designer is someone who designs websites, but does not work for a company.

One of the benefits of hiring a freelancer to design your website is that it could save you a lot of money. Freelancers are trying to establish themselves in the industry, and are often willing to work for less in order to get started. Freelancers also have much lower overhead costs than is typical with most companies.

While many freelancers have experience from having worked with companies, others do not. Of course, the fact that someone has worked for a company does not guarantee that they will be the right person for the job. There are many excellent web designers who have only pursued web design as a hobby. As always, evaluate each individual thoroughly.
